Does it work with poor connectivity?
Yes. Inspections, photos, voice notes and signatures are saved on the device and sync when signal returns.
Who verifies a fix?
Someone independent. The person who raised or fixed an item can never verify it themselves; the product enforces it.
Can contractors use it?
Yes. Contractors join as free participants and see only the actions assigned to them.
